Material Handling System 1/2012 Packages 1 – Ship Unloader SUL3

This Contract LBT 1/2012 – is for the Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning of Grab Type Ship Unloader (SUL3) with 82t hook capacity and discharging onto the existing berth conveyors BC1 or BC2. The Scope of Work includes design, detail engineering, structures fabrication, components procurement, assembly at shop, painting, testing at shop, roll-on to barge and transport to site in fully assembled condition, Roll-off to existing jetty rails, hook-up works, obtaining relevant statutory approvals, testing, commissioning and training to Employer’s Personnel.

  • Designed to unload cargo from 25,000 DWT to 400,000 DWT vessels
  • Designed to unload ship on both seaward side and landward side.

The present scope covers the requirement of Detail Engineering, Supply, Installation & Commissioning of the mechanical works of the Existing Coal Stockyard Extension Project.

Mechanical & Electrical Rectification Works for Slag / Fertilizers Terminal Jetty at Dry Bulk Terminal 2 (DBT 2)

The present scope covers the requirement of Detail Engineering, Supply, Installation & Commissioning of the rectification works on Damaged DBT-2 Wharf Conveyor. This Scope involves the following:

  • Removal of existing damaged structures including belt, pulleys, sheeting, chute and etc . Preparation of fabrication drawings similar to the existing structures, reinstatement of foundation, support trestles, conveyor gallery structures, conveyor stringers, short posts and necessary sheeting’s. Also, the scope includes installation of handrail at the wharf.
  • Supply and install Idler Frames with HDPE rollers, Belt (for the entire length of the conveyor), Drive Pulley, Snub Pulleys, Belt Scrapers, Firefighting Line, Process Water Line and etc.
  • Electrical & Automation parts including conveyor safety switches, local control panels and necessary power & control cables.
  • Rectification and reinstatement of Transfer Tower TT-B includes removal of damaged structures, Supply and erect structures, purlins & sheeting.
